@ THE EMU NEST

Last Saturday at the Emu Nest we saw a huge crowd for our Sponsors Day and Special Effort Draw.

We welcomed our sponsors at noon to say thanks for being such an important part of the SkiptonFNC. Tom and Jack Hawkins came to chat to the group and answer some pressing questions, like "How is Harry Taylor after missing that goal last night" :)

It was great to see the bond that father and son have with country football and it was a pleasure to have them with us for the afternoon.

Much to the kids delight, Tom got involved in a Auskick clinic and we had a tough time keeping the big (adult) kids off the field.

It was great to see so many of our sponsors attend the day to get the chance to relax and enjoy a Coopers beer and bite to eat from the grazing table. We cant wait to do it all again in 2019!

In the evening we saw some of our sponsors hang around to try their luck in the $4000 Special Effort Draw, it was not to be, with one of our footballers taking home the big prize!
