    CONGRATULATIONS NAT! Congratulations Nat Clark on a fabulous milestone of 400 games! FOOTBALL The good surface of the ground at Snake Valley was always going to struggle to withstand the at times, torrential downpour throughout the day. This was Carngham Linton’s first game at the Valley this season, unfortunately for them at the end of the day a lot of damage had been done.     FOOTBALL A combination of coming up against a well drilled, talented Daylesford sides and some early losses to school holidays saw our Under 12 and 15 sides under pressure on on Saturday at home. The Under 12s started well but as the game progressed Daylesford stamped their authority on the contest, dominating the last three quarters to defeat the young Emus.     FOOTBALL Despite the heavy rain for the last few weeks the Learmonth oval held up reasonably well and improved as the day progressed. The Under 12s had a tight low scoring game prevailing by two points in the end. Skipton 1.4-10 def Learmonth 1.2-8. Awards to Robbie Scott, Cooper Chaill and Tiger Williams. The Under 15s had a tougher game against a quality opponent, but to their credit followed instructions and kept trying all game. Skipton defeated by Learmonth 3.0-18 to 11.

    A large and boisterous group of members of the 2009 premiership side ventured out to Skipton on Saturday to have a ten year reunion, and catch up with everyone at the club. Many thanks to Tim McKay for chasing everyone up and bringing them all together for a great day. All side rose to the occasion, putting on a display of football that hopefully reassured our premiership heroes that the club is continuing with their legacy.
